Starting as a humble counter staff nearly three decades ago, Gavin has grown into a trusted leader, witnessing generations of Cream Centre fans walk through our doors. His journey is rooted in nostalgia, mentorship, and a deep love for classic dishes like Chana Bhatura and The World Famous Nachos with a modern taste for our Mexican bowl, tacos, and quesadillas.
Gavin also cherishes the mentorship of founder Sanjiv Chona, describing him as an inspiration and deeply values the support of Rishi Chona and the entire Chona family. He proudly shares how working here feels like home, surrounded by familiar faces and returning customers who’ve grown alongside the brand.
One of his proudest moments? Training young talent and watching them go on to shine at larger establishments often in prestigious hotels and establishments, watching them flourish beyond our kitchen.
For Ramesh, the best part of working at Cream Centre has always been connecting with new people and building relationships through food. Over the years, he’s witnessed the changing food habits of our guests, and he’s proud of how Cream Centre has evolved, always staying true to our legacy while embracing new trends.

Coming from a background where working wasn’t encouraged, Hilda defied the odds, driven by her desire to experience the world and its work culture. Hilda Leena D’costa, our dedicated Accounts Head in Mumbai, has been an integral part of the @creamcentrerestaurantfamily for an incredible 42 years.
Her passion for her role and her enthusiasm for the workplace culture here are evident—she loves her work so much that she rarely wishes for a day off! Though not a foodie herself, she enjoys watching customers explore and savor new dishes.
